Ingredients
:
- 2cup
Cheese
- 1tablespoon
Semolina
- 2
cup Sugar
- 4cup
water
- 3
Cardamoms

| Preparation
Process |

..........Squeeze
out the cheese to drench out water. Add Semolina to it and
mash it with hand or grind it. Devide it into 15 parts. Take
each part and flatten it a little. Put a cardamom seed. Roll
it to form a ball shape. Boil 3 cup water in a pan. Add sugar
to it. When the syrup boils put the cheese balls into the
syrup. Take another cup of water and after each 5 minute sprinkle
some water over the cheese balls. When it is fully cooked
it will change to cream colour and it will sink in water.
Now take out the pan.
