(ORHDC) was incorporated as a Housing Finance Company,
on August 19, 1994 with its Head Office at Bhubaneswar.
It is working at Bhubaneswar with the main object
of providing long term housing finance to the Rural
Poor through self-help groups (Community Management
Groups) at the Gram Panchayat level for construction
of low cost fire proof houses. ORHDC also provides
long term housing loans to general public for construction/purchase
of residential houses/flats.
