.........BHUBANESWAR: Intelligence inputs that Lashkar-e-Toiba is training its guns on certain vital coastal installations of India has the Orissa Government on its toes. After Union Home Secretary G K Pillai’s revelations that the Pakistan-based LeT had set its sight on key establishments along the coast, the State police have got in touch with the Indian Navy and Coast Guard. Basing on the alert, Director-General of Police Manmohan Praharaj said the State police are constantly in touch with the Navy and CG. Sources said the Integrated Test Range (ITR), National Test Range (NTR) and Paradip Port have been put on alert. Considering the threat to the Sri Jagannath Temple, Puri, a detailed security review of the shrine is expected soon.
